Vacationer Policies

Provisioning Delivery
Deliveries are made on the day of your arrival. We need your order a minimum of one week before your arrival date. When you check out after shopping our online catalog , you will be prompted for your rental information such as arrival date, rental unit #, realtor, and realtor phone number.

Delivery Time

Our goal is to have your order delivered to your vacation destination before you arrive. If you arrive before your groceries, feel free to start your vacation. You are not required to be in the unit to receive your groceries.

Advance Order Placement
It is never too early to place your order, but at a minimum, we need your order one week prior to your arrival date. For example, if you are arriving Saturday, July 2, we need your order by noon on Saturday, June 25.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa & Mastercard. Credit-card is the only acceptable method of payment for our order-ahead by phone/fax/email service. Cash & local checks are accepted if order is made in person at the store before the order deadline.

Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled with more than one week's notice will be charged $5. Orders cancelled within one week of your arrival will be charged a $35 re-stocking fee.

Substitutions

McQuay's reserves the right to substitute items that are out-of-stock with a similar item.

Local Resident Policies

Provisioning Delivery
Deliveries can be made Tuesday through Friday. There are two time blocks on each delivery day (8am-11am; 3pm-6pm). A call will be placed to the customer to provide a more specific approximation of delivery time.  A flat fee of $9.95 applies to year-round grocery provisioning customers.

Provisioning Curbside Pick-up **Only applies to the season Memorial Day-Labor Day**
Curbside pick-ups are scheduled on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. There are two time blocks on each day (8am-11am; 3pm-6pm). A service fee representing 10% of the grocery cost will apply.   

Advance Order Placement
Orders must be placed 48 hours before your receiving date. Orders to be received (delivered or curbside pickup) on Friday must be placed before noon on the prior Wednesday. There is no limit to how far in advance an order can be placed.

Delivery Receiving Policy
Customer must arrange for someone to meet the delivery person during their specified time block unless other arrangements are made in advance. Freshness/Satisfaction-Guarantee no longer applies if delivery appointment is not kept by customer.
